Job Description A well-established Legal 500 regional firm, re looking to bring in a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Private Family team in Market Drayton.This is a great opportunity to join a growing firm with a strong reputation across the Midlands, working within a supportive and collaborative department. The role offers a varied privately funded caseload and the chance to continue developing your expertise within a firm that is investing heavily in its people and services.You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters including:DivorceFinancial remedy and financial reliefDomestic violence mattersChildren Act applicationsEmergency applicationsAdoption and Special Guardianship mattersYou will handle matters from instruction through to conclusion, advising clients on the best legal strategy and ensuring a high standard of client care throughout.
