Well give you full training for our part time and full time rolesSense are offering a Support Worker in Margate12.50 per hour.Our service is home to 4 very characterful individuals with very different personalities.We believe first and foremost thatthis is their home we just happen to work in it, and it should feel homely and comfortable.We are looking for someone with a can do attitude and a great problem solver able to coach members of the team.The person centered care at our service has helped the creative development of our garden area, helped the people we support become part of the local society and meant they have maintained strong links with their family members.
