This is afull-time positionwith a negotiable rate, starting as soon as possible. The role is hybrid, requiring office and court attendance once a week. Responsibilities include: Managing a caseload of Civil and Criminal Litigation, including advocacy Handling matters related to housing disrepair, possession, anti-social behavior, environmental protection, rent arrears, boundary disputes, fly-tipping, and homelessness Conducting advocacy in County Court and Magistrates Court, preparing bundles, and instructing counsel Negotiating costs and settlement agreements, and adhering to the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims Dealing with Environmental Protection Act claims, rent arrears civil claims, and boundary disputes Working hours: 35 hours per week, with options for condensed hours James Andrews is acting as an employment agency for this role.
