Contribute to the efficient running of the service. Support residents to maintain relationships and connections with their local community. Follow care plans and other supporting information regarding residents. Inform the Senior Care Assistant/Nurse of any changes in a residents needs. Promote and safeguard the welfare of those being supported.Working With OthersDevelop effective working relationships with colleagues within the service. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for residents. Maintain and develop relationships with residents loved ones.Leading by ExampleSeek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
