Chef | Sookholme, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire | Full Time | Hours of work are Wednesday Sunday, Split Shifts 9 am 2 pm and 5 pm 9 pm | 28,500 - 35,000 D.O.E.Our client is a family-run restaurant serving a wide range of meals from Sunday lunches to weddings, party nights, private functions, buffets, afternoon teas and lots in between.They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join their fast-paced kitchen, responsible for preparing and serving hot starters and main courses.Are you the right person for the job? Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchenExperience with banqueting and function catering is highly desirableOwn transport and a valid UK driving licence are essential due to our rural locationYou must have the right to work in the UKStrong knowledge of food hygiene and allergen regulationsMaintains a high standard of personal hygieneAbility to think on your feet and work well under pressureExcellent teamwork and communication skills What will your role look like?
