What youll do Build & deliver smart, creative, data-driven search + merch strategies Tune Algolia (or similar) to make relevancy actually relevant Shape PLPs, brand listings and product ranking using AI-fuelled logic Own experiments. A/B test, iterate, prove the uplift Spot customer pain points and fix them better, faster, smarter Present weekly trading insights with confidence Get stuck into big digital projects including next-gen AI features This isnt BAU.
