Job Title: Team Leader (Days) Location: Mansfield Salary: 16.50 per hour Hours: Full-time, 7am7pm (34 shifts per week, alternate weekends, on-call rota, plus 8 office admin hours weekly) Full UK driving licence necessary About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Team Leader to join our friendly care team at a well-established nursing and residential home in the Mansfield area. The role involves leading a dedicated care team to provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes residents independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Lead and support care staff to deliver exceptional care. Administer medication safely and accurately. Support residents with daily living activities. Promote a positive and respectful care environment. Maintain clear communication during handovers and documentation.
