This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong Senior Energy Assessor who wants to join a business that genuinely invests in its people and delivers quality-driven work.The RoleYou will take ownership of projects from day one, delivering high-quality compliance and modelling services across the built environment.Key responsibilities:Lead Part L and Part O assessmentsOperate confidently using IES VE softwareProvide technical expertise across energy modelling and complianceMentor and support junior team membersContribute to the growth of additional sustainability servicesWork three days per week in the Nottingham officeM&E knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.What Youll BringNDEA Level 5 qualification (or operating at that level)Strong IES modelling experienceSolid understanding of Part L and Part O regulationsConsultancy experience within sustainability or building servicesThe ability to hit the ground runningA quality-first mindsetWhy This Role Stands OutThis consultancy believes the real client is the end building user, not just the developer.
