We're working with a leading education provider undergoing a curriculum transformation and looking to bring in a Learning Analyst to sit within their high-performing Insight function. Reporting into a Senior Insight Manager, this role is a great opportunity to combine analytics, modelling, and experimentation to shape how thousands of learners engage with digital products!THE ROLE You’ll be joining a growing team (currently 8, will be 10 by end of year) and will work closely with Learning & Curriculum, Product, and IT teams to deliver insights that improve learner performance and satisfaction. A large part of the role will involve:Analysing learner data and product performance across key educational programmesRunning A/B tests and building predictive models to improve retention and personalise learning pathsUsing tools like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to surface insights that inform design and curriculum improvementsThis is a great chance to get stuck into modern data & analytics platforms in order to deliver tangible success for the organisationYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE SQL - good level of proficiencyExposure to Microsoft Fabric preferrable but not essentialThe ability to communicate findings in a clear, compelling way to non-technical stakeholdersTHE BENEFITS £45,000-£55,000 (DOE)HOW TO APPLYPlease register your interest by sending your CV to Adam Osborne at Harnham via the Apply link on this page
