This means you can structure your week around what suits you best, without compromising on career progression.You’ll also qualify for a potential £25,000 annual bonus and an extensive benefits package, giving you financial reward and peace of mind.What you’ll doYou’ll help develop the corporate offering in the Manchester office. You’ll work with colleagues across our Energy and Infrastructure sector to support developers, investors, utilities, IPPs, and community energy organisations with renewable energy projects, and to support businesses helping to deliver the energy transition, including manufacturers, O&M providers, early stage companies and service providers to the sector.You’ll undertake a broad range of corporate work, including M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, re-organisations, corporate structuring and governance. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow specialist knowledge in the Energy and Sustainability sectors.What you’ll needA minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)Strong expertise in corporate law, particularly in M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investmentsExperience or interest in the Energy and Sustainability sectors, as this will be a key area of focusAbout the companyYou’ll be joining a leading brand within the Private Equity space, known for its work in the Energy and Infrastructure sector.
