We’re Hiring!Exciting opportunity for an exceptional Corporate Solicitor (with 6 years + PQE) to join us as a consultant!About UsShoredons & Co Legal is a fully remote law firm, offering a range of corporate, commercial, data protection, employment, and commercial property law services.Role DescriptionThe successful candidate will join us as a consultant, and will be responsible for picking up a regular flow of corporate law enquiries, converting them to clients and delivering the work.The work will include:Small to medium sized business sales and acquisitions;Corporate restructures;Shareholders' Agreements and Articles;Share buybacks; andA broad range of other corporate queries.A solicitor with a following would be preferred, but it's not essential.RequirementsThe successful candidate must:Have at least 6 years PQE as an English qualified corporate law solicitor.Be friendly, responsive, proactive and approachable.Have high standards and great attention to detail.Not have been subject to any client claims or complaints in relation to their work.Have strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Be able to work independently and remotely.RemunerationThe successful candidate will be paid:50% of all fees paid by clients of the firm, for services delivered by the consultant;75% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant, for services delivered by the consultant; andA referral fee of 10% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant, for services delivered by other solicitors of the firm.Why join us?Increase your earnings.Manage your own workload.Work from home, permanently.Take control of your work-life balance.Full administrative and compliance support provided.Join part of an innovative, entrepreneurial and exciting team.If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, please apply via LinkedIn.Please note that we may not be able to respond to all applicants.
