Property Damage Solicitor

The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national law firm renowned for its expertise in insurance law. As part of the firm’s growing Property Damage team, you will focus on the Recoveries specialism, managing a caseload of Household and Commercial Property claims arising from perils such as fires, floods, impacts, and product liability. These are predominantly high-value claims, typically exceeding £10,000, with many over £100,000.In this client-facing role, you will handle files from instruction to resolution, including investigating liability, reviewing and drafting legal documents, managing disclosure, instructing counsel and experts, and preparing for hearings and settlement negotiations.
