Not only that, they offer support, development and progression opportunities.If you are looking for more than ‘just a job’ and want to work in a friendly, supportive, and social working environment, this could be the one for you!What’s in it for youAnnual salary £30,000 to £40,000 DOEUncapped bonus5 day working week, working no more than 37.5 hours per weekCore hours are 9am – 5:30pm, however the office is open, 8am – 7pm Mon – Fri, 9:30am-4:30pm on Sat, and 10am-3:30pm on Sunday so will be working on a rota23 days annual leave plus bank holidaysAdditional day accrued for every year of service, capping at 25 daysCompany PensionGroup Life AssuranceHybrid working - 3 days in the officeWhat you’ll be doingAs a Property Lawyer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and LeaseholdsManaging on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the fileDrafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC formsApplying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-CompletionComplete SDLT formsWhat you will havePrevious experience in managing a conveyancing caseloadThorough knowledge and understanding of Residential ConveyancingKnowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
