Cloud Engineer – Leeds / Hybrid (2 days a week in Leeds) - Upto £50KJoin a growing technology services business delivering cloud, security, and digital transformation solutions for clients across the UK and beyond. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, deploying, and supporting secure, scalable cloud infrastructure while ensuring operational excellence.What you’ll do:Build, deploy, and maintain Azure and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.Manage Cloudflare or equivalent platforms, including WAF, CDN, DDoS protection, DNS, Zero Trust, and Anycast networks.Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring workflows.Support BAU operations, incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.What you need:Hands-on experience with Cloudflare or similar edge networking platforms.Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS services and Terraform.Experience in hybrid/multi-cloud environments and AWS services.Solid networking understanding: VPNs, DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancing.Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and observability tools.Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.SC-level UK Government clearance (or ability to obtain).Desirable:Cloud and DevOps certifications (Azure, AWS, Cloudflare, Terraform).Experience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) and cost optimisation (FinOps).Why join:Be part of a people-first, client-focused team shaping the future of cloud services.Work on high-impact projects with leading technology partners.Competitive salary, professional development, flexible working, and benefits including pension and healthcare.For more information, please apply now!
