Senior RecruiterContract Duration: 12 months contractLocation: Manchester, UK (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)Responsibilities:- Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.- Maintain recruitment databases, effectively and compliantly using the applicant tracking and reporting systems.- Manage interview feedback and offer processes.- Deliver a smooth and positive candidate and stakeholder experience.- Drive hiring efficiency and support team scalability during the interim period.Skills:- Minimum 5 years of international recruiting experience- Good understanding of multiple job market, industry trends and the ability to adapt quickly when needed- Wide range of experience and expertise on current external recruiting policies, practices, and trends- Knowledge of relevant and creative sourcing tools and methods- Proactive and able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders- Commercial awareness and results-driven with hands-on mentality- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency and flexibility- Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity- Strategic thinking and tactical execution – anticipates roadblocks and proactively creates solutions to ensure success
