Recruitment Manager - 12 month FTC

My client, a well renowned international Law Firm, are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their firm on a 12 month FTC basis.This role can be based in either of the Firm’s regional offices across North West and West Yorkshire.Salary - Up to £63kThis Recruitment Manager role will be managing a recruitment team of 4, dealing with day-to-day "Business Services" recruitment and being involved in project work.Duties will include:Lead and develop a team of recruiters and resourcing assistants, ensuring effective delivery and clear objectivesOversee firm-wide recruitment initiatives, such as new system implementation, brand positioning, inclusive hiring approaches, and agency panel reviewsManage the vacancy approval process and contribute to strategic workforce planning in collaboration with HR and Finance teamsEnsure recruitment processes are efficient, legally compliant, and deliver an excellent candidate experienceBuild and manage strong relationships with external suppliers, evaluating performance and maximising return on investmentCollaborate with reporting teams to analyse and present recruitment data, including pipeline diversity, hiring trends, and agency effectivenessSupport the annual pay and benefits review for business services, driving data gathering and analysisPromote a direct sourcing approach using tools such as talent mapping, job boards, and networking platformsThe Recruitment Manager will need to be an experienced Recruiter, with knowledge of working in a "Partnership" Professional Services environment, adept at leading a team and dealing with day-yoday recruitment.MPORTANT NOTICEIt is Career Legal’s policy, as a matter of courtesy to respond to all applications within three working days.
