We’re seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm in Manchester to join a nationally recognised team representing clients in civil claims in one of the most significant miscarriages of justice in UK legal history.This is an exciting opportunity for a driven solicitor to handle high-value, complex injury and civil claims, working alongside a leading team of specialists in the field.About You:Qualified Solicitor with proven experience handling or assisting on high-value and complex injury claims.Must have proven experience within catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, serious injury, or industrial disease cases, handling or assisting on high-value and complex claims.Strong understanding of liability, causation, and quantum issues in catastrophic cases.The Role:Manage a caseload of high-value civil claims.Assist senior partners with multi-million-pound claims and complex litigation.Engage with forensic accountants and counsel, assess medical evidence, and evaluate complex claims including loss of capital value.Contribute to strategic discussions and settlement negotiations.Stay up to date with developments in catastrophic injury and civil litigation law.What’s on OfferHybrid working arrangement (typically 2–3 days in the Manchester office).Competitive salary and benefits package.Clear progression pathways and professional development opportunities.A collaborative and supportive team environment.If you are interested in this position contact Isabel at HarKaye or Apply Now!
