Catering Manager – Leading Contract CatererWe’re looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring an efficient, high-quality catering service for our customers and clients. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues, while driving operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Motivate and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.Manage budgets effectively.Maintain clear communication with your team, management, and clients.Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, legal regulations, and environmental policies.Support operational excellence through management reporting and client liaison.Working Pattern:Monday to Friday, daytime hoursWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience in successfully managing a team.Passion for customer service excellence.Confident, positive, and a strong team player.Self-motivated, innovative, and proactive.Previous management experience, ideally within contract catering.Hospitality and catering/retail experience preferred.
