ICP Electrical DesignerLocation: Greater ManchesterSalary: Circa £55,000 I’m working with a well-established Independent Connections Provider (ICP) that delivers high-voltage and low-voltage connections for commercial, industrial, and EV infrastructure projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced ICP Electrical Designer to strengthen their design team.What you’ll doDesign adoptable networks (LV to HV 11kV/20kV)Carry out WinDebut calculations and produce AutoCAD drawingsSpecify substation equipment and assess earthing designsPrepare and submit designs to DNO/IDNO G81 standardsSupport EV scheme assessments and land rights processesLiaise with clients and hand over designs to construction teamsEnsure compliance with regulations and project deadlinesWhat we’re looking forHNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experienceBackground in ICP/IDNO/CPO design approvalsProficient in WinDebut and familiar with AutoCADStrong communicator, team player, and able to manage deadlinesThis is a great opportunity for a skilled designer to take on challenging projects and grow within a supportive environment.Apply now with your CV to be considered.
