Our client is a Global Market Leading Construction Consultancy with projects in over 130 countries worldwide they are now looking to hire a Project Manager for their growing team in Warrington.We at Pegasus Search & Selection are proud to be supporting their recruitment drive within the Infrastructure (Highways, Rail, Aviation, Utilities) through to Nuclear, Power, Energy/ Renewables, Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) and Defence.Due to increased demand and a strong pipeline of work across major infrastructure projects, this is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and aspiring leaders to make a tangible impact.You’ll be contributing to some of the most exciting and critical developments in the sector.What’s on Offer:Join a world-class consultancy with a collaborative and supportive cultureWork on high-profile infrastructure projects that make a real differenceFlexible career development with opportunities for growth into senior leadershipHybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (Warrington-based)Key Responsibilities: You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project management services, acting as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met, and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Advising clients at a strategic level during project inceptionDefining project requirements and success criteria (cost, time, technical, performance)Establishing project governance, systems, and controlsProducing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedulesManaging resource planning and procurementLeading cross-functional project teamsMonitoring project performance using KPIsManaging change control and cost forecastingCoordinating communication between all stakeholdersIdentifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesProducing formal reports and presenting progress updatesAdvising on Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standardsAbout You:Must have Proven experience managing infrastructure projects (valued at £10m-£25m+) and ideally working for a Construction Consultancy organisation (Contractor or Client side experience would be considered however you must hold a relevant degree in Project Management, Construction or a related discipline) - managing multidisciplinary teams and project delivery.
