Site Manager

My client are a well-established Main Contractor who have several divisions including Build, Refurbishment and Maintenance, working across Industrial, Commercial and Retail sectors. They are a well established, financially stable business who have been trading for over 100 years. As a result of growth and having many live sites, they are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.Initially, you would be working on a internal and external refurbishments to industrial units and office space across the North West (projects in Manchester and Liverpool). Works would include - rip outs of warehouse/industrial units, installation of mezzanine floors, creation of office spaces within the units, refurbishment of toilet facilities etc. Your duties will include:Managing a site team including Tradesman, Subcontractors etc, ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budgetMonitoring health and safety on siteAttending progress meetings, client meetingsQuality control & progressionManaging Health & SafetySite InductionsThe successful candidate must have previous experience managing and delivering fit out/refurbishment projects, and will ideally have a joinery background.
