The focus will be on senior leadership roles including Heads of Department, Governors, Directors, and CEOs, as well as key commercial functions.Key responsibilities include:Leading senior-level discovery conversationsDeveloping candidate profiles, conducting DISC assessments, and ensuring cultural alignmentProviding career guidance, skills workshops, and strategic talent adviceManaging search delivery with support from dedicated researchersUpholding best practice standards in equality, diversity, and inclusionAbout YouWe’re looking for someone with:A minimum of 3 years’ experience in executive search, ideally within the education sectorA desire or experience in working internationally, including bi-annual travelDegree-level educationA consultative, service-led approach to recruitmentA genuine interest in building long-term partnerships with schools and education providersThe OpportunityOur client is a modern, growing executive search firm with a strong reputation in international education.
