From operational hires on the bakery floor to technical engineers, future leaders, and specialist roles, you’ll bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to every part of the hiring journey.What You’ll DoYou are a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer with extensive experience in scaling and systemising recruitment functions in complex, multi-site organisations. You are passionate about people; your team, stakeholders and every candidate who interacts with our brand. A natural collaborator by nature, you thrive in a values-led, purpose-driven business. You will;Set the vision and strategy for talent acquisition across Hovis, aligned with our business goals and values.Partner with HR and site leaders across our bakeries, supply chain, and head office to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.A track record of building or transforming in-house TA functions.
