This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Reward and contribute to key initiatives that impact the entire organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design, review, and implementation of compensation structures and incentive schemesConduct market benchmarking and salary surveys, using external data sources to inform decision-makingAnalyse pay data to produce insightful reporting and recommendationsSupport the annual compensation review process, including bonus and salary cycle activitiesMaintain and update reward databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentialityCollaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders on reward-related mattersMonitor trends and legislative changes in the UK and global reward landscapeSupport the development of job evaluation frameworks and grading structuresAbout YouProven experience in reward or Compensation role within financial services or a similar industryStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insightsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with HR systems and data tools is a plusExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyComfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsRelevant qualifications in HR, Reward, or Data Analytics (CIPD or WorldatWork certifications advantageous)For further details please do apply as soon as possible
