Green Belt experience is essential, and you’ll be a key contact for clients, delivering tailored, strategic planning solutions.Leading a small team, including a Graduate Planner and an Assistant Project Manager/Planner, you’ll work closely with directors and play a crucial role in shaping successful outcomes.What You’ll Be DoingManaging a varied portfolio of planning projects from start to post-decisionLeading on Green Belt applications and appealsMentoring and supporting junior team membersDeveloping bespoke planning strategies to meet client goalsBuilding strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholdersUsing technology and digital tools to streamline processesWhat We’re Looking For10+ years’ planning experience with proven Green Belt expertiseMRTPI Chartered (or eligible) preferredStrong organisational and project management skillsConfident communicator, able to work independently and collaborativelyComfortable using CRM systems and other digital toolsWhat’s On OfferSalary circa £45,000 depending on experiencePerformance-related bonus schemeHybrid or remote working – some face-to-face meetings with directors required (every 2 weeks or monthly minimum)Full admin and professional supportOngoing CPD and a clear progression pathSupportive, close-knit team environment
