Acting as the bridge between marketing and creative, you will be taking briefs from the marketing team and translating them into visually compelling assets across all touchpoints, including social media, digital platforms and print materials.This is a hands-on design role ideal for someone to take full ownership of the brand and visual style in various media, ensuring that visual storytelling aligns with brand positioning and brand guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role of graphic designer will involve: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines across all visual materialsDevelop campaign content including graphics, photography briefs, brochures and other college branding materialsWork with the wider marketing team to build assets for stories, feeds and the websiteManage the full creative control of video production as art director is part of the roleDesign digital assets for email marketing, website, online and offline advertisements.Design and produce static, motion and video assets for paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) and the websiteBuilding and regularly optimising our content libraryApplying creativity to ad hoc projectsWork with the external partners, videographer and photographers to maintain high design standardsMaintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual identitySupport team members with content planning and creative concepting for photoshootsAbout You:5+ years’ experience in a graphic design roleConfident taking projects from concept through to final deliveryExperience in video editing as art director experience is requiredDeep understanding of email marketing (HubSpot) and digital design (Meta)Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and/or campaign workProficient in Adobe Creative cloud or other design softwareStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple briefsComfortable collaborating with teams across the marketing department and at times the wider college departmentsA great teammate that supports their colleagues and doesn’t act as an individualWhat We OfferJob Type: Full-timePay: Competitive SalaryBenefits:CanteenCompany pensionEmployee discountFree parkingOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceProfessional development supportTransport linksSchedule:Monday to Friday
