Creative SpecialistSalary to £45,000 DOESouth Manchester Hybrid 3 days in office We’re working with a fast-growing full-service media agency based in South Manchester, to recruit a Creative Specialist.This is a brilliant opportunity to join a close-knit and highly ambitious team in a relaxed but ideas-driven environment. The agency works with a working with national and international clients across TV, Radio, OOH, Audio, and digital.As a Creative Specialist, you’ll play a key part in bringing concepts and campaigns to life through the use of AI tools and motion design. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to develop storyboards, create compelling short and long-form content, and support pitches for new business.This is a hands-on role that would suit someone commercially minded, proactive, and brimming with ideas. You’ll be working on everything from YouTube shorts and social content to OOH campaigns – think eye-catching billboards and high-impact video ads.ResponsibilitiesCreate storyboards and bring creative ideas to life using AI toolsDeliver short-form and long-form creative for OOH, social, web display, and videoDevelop 10–30 second clips with outstanding motion design for campaignsWork on 3–5 creative briefs per week across a variety of clientsBuild asset decks and support pitches to win new businessStay on top of creative trends, AI tools, and industry best practiceCollaborate with a small but growing team to develop standout campaign ideas’What We’re Looking ForA self-starter with ambition and creative driveExperience using AI and Google software for creative developmentStrong motion design skills and a portfolio that showcases thisAbility to balance creativity with commercial awarenessOrganised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environmentClients include major brands across automotive, healthcare and education.
