We’re on the lookout for a talented Experience/Exhibition/3D Designer to join our Manchester studio - someone who sees space differently, pushes creative boundaries, and knows how to bring ideas to life in 3D.This is more than just designing stands or stages. It’s about creating moments that matter, using creativity, innovation, and craft to connect brands with audiences in unforgettable ways.What you’ll do:Concept and design immersive spaces, exhibitions and branded environments - from pitch to productionBring ideas to life in 3D (3DS Max, Blender, Sketch up or similar) with high-quality visuals and fly-throughsCollaborate with creatives, producers, and technical teams to develop smart, buildable ideas that excite clients and audiences alikePlay an active role in the creative process - thinking big, working fast, and challenging the ordinaryHelp us push into new technologies and formatsSupport the team with mood boards, spatial layouts, design packs and presentationsWhat you’ll bring:3+ years’ experience in a similar spatial design role (exhibitions, live events, environments or experiences)A strong portfolio that shows off your creative thinking and 3D design skillsProficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max or similar (essential) and the Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with Unreal Engine or a real interest in learning it - we love designers who explore new groundA solid understanding of materials, structures, and the real-world side of designing for liveA collaborative spirit, positive energy and a willingness to get stuck inWho you are:Bold - not afraid to challenge the norm or bring big ideas to the tableReal - a grounded team player who values collaboration over egoInnovative - always looking for new ways to bring experiences to lifeGrowth-minded - hungry to learn, evolve and do your best workHonest - if there's something that can be done better, we're all earsTrustworthy - reliable, calm under pressure, and always deliversAnd above all, you care - about your craft, your team, and creating something amazingWhy fresh?We're a people-first brand experience agency where amazing things happen - not by accident, but because we make space for creativity, individuality and bravery.
