Junior Nursery Designer

Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Nursery Designer (m/f/d) to join our creative team, supporting the development of stylish, functional nursery products across categories such as strollers, car seats, and in-home gear. This is an entry-level role suited to someone with a strong eye for trend and colour, an interest in the nursery industry, and the drive to grow into a specialist designer.Working closely with senior designers, you will be involved in researching trends, compiling mood boards, analyzing competitors, and helping to translate creative concepts into market-ready designs. You’ll learn how to design within product constraints and evolving trends, and how to balance style with commercial appeal. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential, alongside a passion for storytelling through design.What you'll do 1. Design Development & ExecutionSupport the creation of product concepts and textile designs under the guidance of senior team membersHelp translate seasonal and brand briefs into real-world nursery product designsCreate clear and professional design files using Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopWork collaboratively with product development and engineering teams to bring designs to lifeParticipate in design reviews, contributing fresh ideas and assisting with revisions2.
