Job Title: Associate (NQ) – Transactional Construction Location: Manchester (Hybrid working available) Salary: £60,000The OpportunityA top-ranked national firm is looking to appoint a newly qualified solicitor to join their market-leading transactional construction practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile and innovative construction and engineering projects across both the public and private sectors.The RoleYou will be involved in advising a wide range of clients including central government departments, global universities, institutional investors, and developers across sectors such as life sciences, education, and infrastructure. The team regularly works with all major forms of construction contracts and takes a forward-thinking approach, including the use of AI tools to enhance bespoke drafting.You'll be part of a collaborative and well-supported team, benefiting from in-house legal expertise, executive assistant support, and ongoing training.
