About the JobReal Estate finance solicitor - 2+ PQE - Up to £60,000 salaryWe've partnered exclusively with an established Property company looking to establish an in-house legal team, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced in Real Estate finance & bridging finance solicitor to step into a new and exciting role to help shape the future of the firms Legal arm.The successful applicant will be an experienced solicitor with at least 2 years PQE specialising in Real Estate finance & Bridging finance matters, specifically acting for both lenders and borrowers, an understanding of distressed property would be advantageous.You'll be working alongside the firms longstanding In-house council acting for the firms major client base within the property recovery sector, working on time sensitive quick turnaround deals.Whilst this is a new legal team, they are already setup for success.
