This would be best suited to a highly accomplished technical actuary, with 10+ years of defined benefit experience, who is keen to join at a step below partner.This role can be as client facing as you wish; delivering advice in client meetings or remaining non-client facing is also fine!The role:"reviewer" capacity, signing off on complex calcs and advice to clientsWorking on, and delivering on client projectsWorking with member dataOpportunity to get involved in specialist research and development teams in areas that interest youTraining, developing and managing junior colleaguesThe individual:FIA, qualified Actuary with significant post-qualified experienceExtensive experience in DB pensions, in an actuarial roleExcellent MS Excel skillsCurrently at a UK pensions consultancy firmThis role is on step below Partner, offering a future pathway to Partnership.
