Sitting at the centre of customer communications, the role involves planning, building, and optimising campaigns that engage, retain, and convert. Youll work closely with internal teams to ensure messaging is aligned, data is clean, and performance is continuously improving.What Youll Be Doing...Developing and delivering the email marketing strategy in line with business goalsManaging the full campaign lifecycle from segmentation and design to testing and deploymentCreating personalised customer journeys and automated flows that drive engagementCollaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and promotionsMonitoring performance metrics and using data to optimise future campaignsMaintaining CRM database hygiene and accuracyWhat Were Looking For...Minimum 3 years experience in CRM or email marketing managementStrong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similarConfident in campaign analysis, A/B testing, and performance reportingExcellent copywriting and proofreading skills with strong attention to detailComfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsKnowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plusPlease note due to high volumes of applications unfortunately we are not always able to respond to all unsuccessful applicants.
