The client have undergone rapid growth and change and are looking to hire for several additional Internal Recruiters who will help support growth and transformation.You will be working 2 days per week onsite and must be experienced in hiring for Mid level hires at volume across the UK, Europe and EMEA.I am looking for recruiters who are experienced in:Tech recruitmentPermanent SpecialistmsRecruiting across EuropeExperience in areas such as, SaP, Salesforce, AWS, JavaAll roles require experience in:Hands on recruitmentUncovering Active and Passive CandidiatesRunning the full attraction, recruitment and offer cycleWorking with internal stakeholdersActively hiring at volume for multiple roles across multiple locationsThe role requires recruiters with strong attention to detail. Ideally people who have worked in Software / Technology companies, or companies that undergo rapid change and expansion.You will have at least 3 - 5 years experience, be a superb communicator and available to start in the next 4 weeks max.This is to join a busy team, you are not required to re-write processes, set up functions or such like, this is a very hands on requirement for a mid weight recruiter. You will be spending most of your day, sourcing candidates and screening them for their roles. As such you will be required to have excellent customer service and communication skills.
