The growth we have realised across our client portfolio and vertical sectors is attributable to the work ethic of our team, our commitment to partnership and our shared values.Your OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced an experience Delivery Lead to lead skilled project teams comprised of teams of Analysts and Developers to deliver AI, Automation and Low Code solutions to clients.This extends across the full project lifecycle, from initial Discovery to Design and Delivery.This role is pivotal to the growth strategy of the business and is the ‘face of the Robiquity’ to our clients and will involve the following:Owning the delivery of critical projects / programmes including project management responsibilityLeading Robiquity teams using Agile delivery frameworks and methodologiesEngaging directly with senior client stakeholders to ensure alignment of delivery and escalation managementForming part of the core project management team consisting of Delivery Lead, Client Partner and Technical Lead to define the project / account strategyCommercial management including (but not limited to) defining scope of work, writing statements of work and contracts, managing the plan and financial management of the accountBuilding a positive project environment to work in by championing the Robiquity culture and ethos whilst applying your own personal style to people managementResolving issues and challenges with the client and Robiquity teamsManaging, coaching and supporting team members to deliver high quality technical and non-technical outcomesSupporting the Client Partner to identify opportunities to extend the scope of the work and build longevity of the account, securing future revenueSupporting the wider business to develop new client propositions and market facing contentOur RequirementsIn our mission to build a dynamic and talented team, we are actively seeking individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast based and innovative environment. Our team bring not only their skills and expertise but also a shared enthusiasm for pushing boundaries and driving meaningful impact.If you are eager to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation and the following points match your skills/attributes, this could be the role for you.5 Years + experience of managing agile delivery engagements within a consultancy environmentProven team management experience to drive a “One Team” mentality across the engagementCapability to manage project RAID items and engage with senior client stakeholders on escalationsEffective communication and the ability to present project updates in an efficient mannerSolid commercial understanding in relation to the structure of service statement of works (SOWs) and the ability to draft SOWs and change requestsAbility to run requirement gathering workshops and generate future scopeChange / Scope management experience to ensure the services defined within the agreed SOW are delivered on-time to budgetAbility to successfully create and lead sales pitches for additional Robiquity services which have been identified by project teamsWe’re looking for someone who can lead teams and clients to success.
