About the Role As a BMS Service Technician, youll represent Johnson Controls on customer sites, shaping the future direction of their BMS systems. Youll work closely with clients, support project delivery teams, and identify growth opportunities for JCI business units. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver assigned service tasks efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfactionConfigure and commission building control systems and network-level controllersMaintain system documentation and modify software programs using established standardsDocument service activities and create service reportsPromote safety and adopt a Zero Harm mindsetSupport Key Account Managers with project pricing and designAdvocate JCI cloud-based and OpenBlue technologiesKey Skills & Requirements26 years experience in control systems as a service engineerHNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related fieldProfessional certifications/diplomas in relevant areas welcomedWorking knowledge of Metasys systems (advantageous)Strong communication skills, able to explain technical details to non-technical audiencesComputer literacy (MS Office suite)Full clean UK driving licenseAbility to work independently and within a teamWillingness to work overtime and join the out-of-hours callout rotaAdditional Information: It is a mobile role, working on various customer sites around Manchester, UK.
