Our client, a renowned refrigeration engineering company renowned for their expertise in large-scale and complex refrigeration systems is seeking an experiencedIndustrial Refrigeration Supervisorto join their team.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a team of engineers, oversee projects, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of complex refrigeration systems.On Offer:25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days, door-to-door pay structure, overtime rates of 1.5x or 2x, 3x for bank holiday, company pension with up to 7% matching, company vehicle available for personal use, health insurance and care scheme, company bonus.As the Industrial Refrigeration Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance, repair, and commissioning projects.
