From reactive repairs to major projects, we support clients across retail, industrial, education and FM sectors and were growing fast.The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman with excellent diagnostic skills to act as the first response on roofing issues. This hands-on role involves attending site, assessing roofing problems, carrying out immediate repairs, and feeding back detailed findings to our internal sales support team so that further works can be scoped and quoted if needed.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend sites across the UK as the first point of contact for reported roofing issuesComplete initial surveys/diagnostics and identify root causes of ingress, damage or failureCarry out immediate remedial works (e.g. sealing, patching, clearing, minor repairs)Take accurate site notes, measurements and photos to support the creation of follow-on quotesLiaise clearly with the in-house sales support team to pass on all findingsAdvise on required next steps and materials where additional works are neededEnsure all work is carried out safely and in line with RAMS and H&S best practicesRepresent RMLFS professionally on client sites at all timesWhat Were Looking ForMinimum 5 years hands-on experience in commercial roofingDeep knowledge of flat and pitched roofing systems and common issuesConfidence diagnosing leaks, tracking ingress and identifying root causesSkilled in delivering small repairs to a high standardOrganised and methodical with strong written and verbal communicationComfortable using phones/tablets to record findings and upload photosFull UK driving licenceDesirable ExtrasFirst Aid at WorkWorking at Height / PASMA / IPAFSSSTS or similar (or willing to complete)Familiarity with FM clients or national retailersWhy Work With RMLFS?A people-first company with a strong focus on wellbeingVehicle or car allowance providedApproachable, friendly cultureClear pathway for progression within a growing businessJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 14.00-16.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekAdditional pay:Bonus schemePerformance bonusYearly bonusBenefits:Company carCompany eventsCompany pensionFree or subsidised travelFree parkingOn-site parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilityExperience:Roofing: 5 years (required)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Location:England (required)Willingness to travel:100% (required)Work Location: In person
