Job Description Technical/Specification Sales Manager Northeast & Yorkshire Global Construction Company We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, they own companies across 100+ countries, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of 9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over 190million into R&D/Innovation.Role:You will be responsible for -Be an expert consultant and trusted advisor for architects, surveyors, contractors and resellers allowing them to develop mutually beneficial relationshipsUndertakes surveys including core samples, generates condition reports, specifications & quotationsTakes ownership of the decision makerDelivers the targets and objectives set by the Project Specification Manager showing initiative to create effective delivery plansProvides & presents CPD presentations to target customers and potential clientsCandidate:The ideal candidate will -Has experience selling to Contractors, Specifiers or ArchitectsSomeone who can influence others and demonstrate leadership traitsSelf-reliant and resilientExcellent presentation skillsSelf-motivated and results drivenAble to build strong customer relationshipsLives on area (Northeast or Yorkshire)Package:Basic Salary: up to 60,000Bonus: 22,000Car Allowance: 6,000 + 45ppm (Car is an option, happy to discuss)25 days annual leave + bank holidaysUp to 8% contribution pension schemePrivate healthcareLife assuranceEmployee assistance programLong service awardsThis is a great chance to join a market leading company who can offer a huge amount of career potential moving forward.
