We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, regardless of their involvement, to improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world-class technology.As an L3 Sales Operations Executive, you''ll be right at the heart of our sales team, connecting with clients and working closely with both sales and customer success, handling inbound enquiries across both Street and Spectre and making sure our clients have a seamless, enjoyable experience from start to finish.Youll be involved in discovery calls, booking demos, and guiding clients through the sales process with confidence and an agent-first mindset. On top of that, youll handle the behind-the-scenes magicsetting up demo and sandbox accounts, managing live account setups, and helping hand over clients to our outstanding customer success teams.Were looking for someone curious, confident, and always ready to roll up their sleeves.Youre a natural communicator, a problem-solver, and someone who genuinely enjoys going above and beyond for customers.This is a fast-paced, ever-changing role where no two days are the same. If you love autonomy, are naturally curious, and want to have a genuine impact within a growing company, we think youd fit right in!A bit about youYou may come with some Sales Admin experience, but even if you dont, youre just eager to dive in and make your mark.You genuinely care about creating amazing customer experiences and enjoy building strong, lasting relationships.Youre a natural communicator confident with both words and people (and fluent in written and spoken English).Youre resilient, motivated, and full of initiative the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business and isnt afraid to take ownership and make things happen.Youre super organised, detail-oriented, and take pride in getting things just rightYoure tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools and systems to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.Heres what you can expect to be working on as a Sales Operations Executive at Street GroupBe the friendly first point of contact for all inbound enquiries across Street and Spectre, making every interaction count.Conduct quick discovery calls and book demo sessions that really showcase our products in action.Respond to enquiries lightning-fast our SLA target is 15 minutes, and youll help us smash it!Bring commercial awareness and confidence to every conversation, understanding client needs and highlighting the right solutions.Create and manage Spectre demo accounts, tailoring each environment to give clients a personalised experience.Set up sandbox environments so clients can explore our products hands-on during the sales journey.Handle live account creation and ensure a smooth handover after a deal is closed.Act as the bridge between Sales and Customer Success, helping teams work together seamlessly.Stay organised and on top of multiple requests at once, prioritising effectively to keep things running smoothly.Research has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements.
