Job DescriptionAssistant MerchandiserManchesterA retailer is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to join their growing team. As an Assistant Merchandiser you will enjoy working in a busy fast paced retail head office environment.Some of your duties will include;Analysing sales reports and performance, taking ownership on decisions on potential risks and opportunities.Profit management.Assisting with stock and sales control for stores and webWorking closely with the buying, QA and sourcing teams to ensure accurate critical path managementAssisting with sales forecastingGeneral support with ad hoc commercial & merchandising projectsIdentifying over-stocks and opportunities to trade surplus stockAdditional key requirements for the role;Previous experience as an experienced MAA or Assistant MerchandiserHighly accurate with a good attention to detailAbility to manage a varied workloadHigh commercial awarenessStrong numerical skills with the ability to analyse dataExcellent communication skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelIf you are interested in this role, please get in touch and apply today!
