We are seeking a skilled Project Building Surveyor with CAD expertise to join the team and manage minor works projects from inception to completion. What Youll Do: Lead and manage projects, focusing on non-housing stock , from start to finish. Provide technical advice and support to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues. Prepare specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new build projects. Oversee tendering, contract management, and project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance. Conduct site surveys, including condition assessments, dilapidations, measured surveys, and defect analysis. Work on conservation projects, exploring materials, repair methods, and quality control.
