Role: Chartered Building Surveyor Duration: 6 months + Rate: 45 - 55 p/h Locations: Manchester/Leeds/Newcastle (depending on candidate location) We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a prominent engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will support a range of projects for education and commercial buildings, primarily for local authorities in Manchester, Leeds, and Newcastle. This role requires over 10 years of experience in building surveying, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality consultancy services. The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing complex projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
