Job DescriptionVenn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position availableLocation: Working from home with daily travel to propertiesRate: 27.14 per hour (Umbrella rate)Length: 3 months initiallyHours: 35 hours p/weekThe role will predominantly involve:Being responsible for acquiring property across a patch across the Manchester areaViewing properties within a quick turn around and as soon as they go out to marketAcquiring propertiesTime bound sensitive, being reactive to secure propertiesLiaising with landlords and bringing properties up to specificationOrganising schedule of works, negotiating with landlordsSetting up property partnership meetingsResponsible for finalising the leases with the landlordWe are looking for experience in Land/ Property Acquisition, Property Development, Negotiation, Residential Property Purchasing/ Sales, Planning or Building Regulations, Planning, Design and/ or Project Management skillsYou will also need to be able to drive for the position and be happy for us to apply for a Basic DBS for youTo find out more about this role or to apply please contact Simon Cain on 07441 916450 or alternatively reply to this email with your up to date CV.
