Our client in Manchester City Centre is looking to appoint a Joiner on a long term - Temporary basis. This position would suit a newly qualified or Junior professional looking to gain on hand valuable experience working on domestic properties across the City. Qualifications Must hold an Enhanced CRB/DBS check Current driving licence Possess a recognised apprenticeship and/or level II equivalent, i.e. City and Guilds Basic Certificate Role Responsibilities Provide a quality joinery service, visiting customer premises to install a range of minor adaptations in line with Customer needs. Carry out efficient repairs and maintenance of minor adaptations as required. Monitor, review and evaluate equipment as required, assisting in any adjustments necessary to ensure customer needs are met. Produce accurate and timely reports to ensure service efficiency Essential Skills Communication : Maintain an understanding of the views of others and communicate in a practical manner. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, accurately and in ways that promote understanding. Analytical Skills : Ability to handle complicated queries in their area of knowledge using logical thinking to explain reasoning. Planning and Organising : Ability to organize multiple tasks in the most effective way - allocate time and energy according to task complexity and priority.
