To support this next chapter, we are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director to join the business on an interim 12‑month basis and lead the execution of our go‑to‑market strategy.The role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands‑on delivery. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of building and scaling product marketing engines within growth‑stage professional services or technology businesses. They will be comfortable operating at pace, quickly establishing credibility, and driving impact without the need for prolonged onboarding or extensive context-building.Responsibilities Strategy and leadershipOwn and execute the FY27 marketing strategy across brand, demand generation and go to market for all Grayce product linesLead and manage team of three marketersRepresent marketing at senior leadership team level, presenting MQL volumes, campaign ROI and pipeline attribution dataPartner with the Chief Product Officer on Grayce 4.0Salesforce and marketing technologyOwn configuration and integration of Salesforce Marketing CloudManage marketing technology stack including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Jasper, SEMrush, Canva, Hootsuite and MailchimpBrand and go to market executionLead Grayce brand refresh in collaboration with external agencyDevelop and execute go to market plansOwn the FY27 content calendar and campaign programmeExecute the FY27 marketing budgetDemand generation and pipeline contributionDesign and execute ABM programmes targeting named accounts across priority sectorsManage paid campaigns, event strategy and outbound campaign automationDeliver a clearly attributable and material contribution to FY27 new business pipelineAbout you We are seeking a high‑energy, commercially astute and results‑driven leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments. The successful candidate will quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders, bringing strong executive presence and the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity at board level.We are looking for someone who is resilient and pragmatic, capable of balancing long‑term brand and capability building with immediate commercial priorities, and able to make sound, timely decisions that drive momentum and measurable impact.Qualifications and experienceDemonstrable and extensive B2B marketing experience, with proven experience at director or head-of level, within professional services, SaaS or technology consultingProven track record of building and scaling demand generation programmes with a measurable pipeline impactDeep Salesforce expertise including Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot/ MCAE) and Marketing Cloud (or other equivalent CRM and MarTech stacks)Strong ABM capability from ICP definition through to conversionExperience leading small marketing teams in high growth or transformational environmentsHighly data driven and comfortable presenting marketing ROI and pipeline data to C suite audiencesExcellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneouslyPrevious transformation led leadership experience is highly desirable25 days annual leave, increasing annually up to 30 day maximumEmployee Assistance ProgrammeOnline wellbeing centre offering health and wellbeing hints, facts, tips and exercisesCash Plan – financial cover for optical, dental, therapies and more 3% Employer pension contributionsSmart Spending: save as you shop – cashback and discounts at over 900 retailers#J-18808-Ljbffr
