Senior Brand Manager

Role: Senior Brand Manager Location: Manchester Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 d.o.e A high-performing, values-led FMCG organisation is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead and grow a core household portfolio. This role carries full end-to-end brand ownership and reports directly into the General Manager. It offers genuine strategic influence, people leadership, and the opportunity to shape category growth within a creator-led, entrepreneurial brand environment. The Role As the senior custodian of the Household portfolio, you will define brand strategy, drive consumer-led growth, and deliver commercially strong plans in close partnership with Sales, Category and eCommerce. Key responsibilities include: Owning the brand vision, strategy and long-term growth agenda for Household categories Translating global strategy into locally relevant, high-impact plans Acting as internal brand ambassador, ensuring brand standards, assets and storytelling are consistently elevated Leading consumer insight-led growth, identifying unmet needs and new opportunities Owning the full innovation lifecycle, from concept through launch and optimisation Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, social, PR and in-store Partnering cross-functionally to deliver compelling customer plans, JBPs and retailer presentations Managing brand performance, budgets, forecasting and ROI measurement Tracking brand health and optimising activity to balance short-term delivery with long-term equity About You Proven FMCG brand management experience (household, laundry or adjacent categories preferred) Demonstrated ownership of brands or portfolios with P&L accountability Strong track record in innovation delivery and integrated campaign development Commercially astute, consumer-led and analytically strong Confident leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop others Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment The Environment This is a business with creator DNA - combining deep consumer problem-solving with commercial discipline and startup energy.
