Overseeing a team of 6 as Head of Paid Media, you'll lead the team in it's development and the departments scaling and will be working with a number of high- profile Ecomm & Retail brands. The role: Own and manage the Paid Advertising team across PPC & Paid Social Oversee the team to develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel paid strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok etc) Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Paid Specialists, Account Managers & Executives Work closely with clients to drive results and build long-term partnerships Stay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation and thought leadership across the team and the whole agency Contribute to new business development, pitching and upselling services Requirements: Proven Paid Advertising experience, with a experience heading up a team Strong team leadership experience Proven track record of successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms goes without saying Expertise in analytics, forecasting & budget management Exceptional communication & client relationship skills A proactive, commercial mindset with a passion for growth Why join the agency?
