This is a fast-paced, highly creative role where you'll lead the planning, filming, and editing of social-first content — from trend-led TikToks and styling videos to behind-the-scenes footage and brand storytelling. You'll be at the heart of our content engine, helping shape how we show up online and connect with our growing community.Key Responsibilities:Plan, shoot, edit, and post compelling video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channelsDevelop graphics and motion elements to elevate our content and support wider campaignsOwn the content calendar, aligning with seasonal launches, key moments, and cultural trendsCollaborate on storytelling concepts — especially fashion-focused or human-interest narrativesStay ahead of digital and social trends to create fresh, relevant, scroll-stopping contentUphold and maintain our brand's visual identity, tone, and production valuesEngage directly with our community, turning viewers into loyal fansWork closely with the graphics and design team to ensure all visual content is aligned across platforms — maintaining a consistent look, feel, and tone of voice across social, digital, and brand assetsRequirements:Experience as a videographer, with a portfolio that shows off your creativity and technical skillConfident using Adobe Creative Suite — especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and PhotoshopSkilled in end-to-end content production — from planning and shooting to editing and publishingA sharp editorial eye with a deep understanding of social-first video formatsComfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment with tight deadlinesStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple content projects at oncePassion for fashion, culture, and digital storytelling — with a finger on the pulse of trendsConfident working both independently and collaboratively with wider creative teamsOur benefits:25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, plus your birthday offGenerous 40% staff discount and sample sales25% friends and family discountCompany Pension SchemeLength of Service AwardsEnhanced Maternity and Paternity paySome flexibility of your working hours
