We specialise in all things social, helping store owners launch and grow their online Q-Commerce delivery platforms.About YouWe're after someone who's: Willing to learn Willing to graft (agency scale up = some over time) Full of personality Got a great understanding of socialWere growing quickly, things are a bit chaotic (in a good way), and we need someone who can dive headfirst into the madness with us.The RoleYou'll be responsible for growing our clients' socials and managing their day-to-day organic social media presence.Day-to-day management of organic social channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)Planning and scheduling organic contentWorking with the wider team to create interactive contentCommunicating with clients dailyWriting creative copy to engage online audiencesBriefing the in-house design team and ensuring content is of a high standardGrowing social presence and increasing community engagementReporting on KPIs related to organic social and content performanceKey Skills & ExperienceActive social media user, up to date with platforms and trendsInterest or experience in the convenience/FMCG sectorHighly organised, strong communicator, and team playerExcellent copywriting skillsWillingness to go above and beyond - were a start-upCurrent right to work and live in the UKWhats in it for you?Join a growing scale-up in a 50bn+ UK sectorSalary of up to 30,500/year DOEHybrid role.
